Our Team

With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Barry McConnell has a proven success record in improving patient care and quality of life while serving in hospital and emergency medical services roles. His experience includes executive committee leadership, program management, and clinical education. Barry is a licensed RN, EMT, and FAA private pilot with education that includes associate’s degree in nursing, bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership, and master’s degree in business administration.

After assisting with care for his father who was in an in-home hospice program and his mother who required in-home care services for an extended time, Barry further recognized the strong importance of in-home care services. This includes keeping loved ones comfortable and improving their quality of life, while being able to continue residing in the comfort of their own home. This led him to leave the corporate environment and join Signal Health Group to offer in-home care services for the Middle Tennessee area.

Barry and his wife Tiffany live with their children in Hendersonville and are lifelong residents of Sumner County. Tiffany is an experienced marketing manager as well as an in-home services caregiver, with a passion for serving seniors and those in need. The couple’s activities include church, hiking, history, and spending time with their family and two dogs.
